1. Scope

These Terms govern the provision of audio services by MagicSounds (“we/us”) to clients (“you”).

2. Quotes & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume the scope provided.
• Unless otherwise stated, 50% deposit is due to book time; balance on delivery.
• Invoices are payable within 7 calendar days unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may incur statutory interest and admin fees.

3. Revisions

Two reasonable revision rounds are included unless specified in writing. Further changes are billed at an hourly/day rate.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and accurate materials free of third‑party malware or infringement.
• Back up your own files. We maintain backups only as a courtesy.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the license described in your quote (e.g., master rights for distribution). We may retain the right to reference non‑confidential work in portfolios. You represent you have rights to all supplied materials.

6. Deliverables

Standard deliverables include WAV masters and requested alternates. Session files and stems can be provided on request and may incur additional fees.

7. Cancellations

Session cancellations within 48 hours of start may be charged up to 50% of the day rate. See also Refund & Cancellation.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client materials as confidential. Please mark sensitive items clearly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
