Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

Deposits secure your session and are generally non‑refundable once work has started. If you cancel with at least 5 business days’ notice, we will try to reschedule without penalty.

Work in Progress

If a project is canceled after work begins, fees are due for work completed up to the cancellation date, including any committed third‑party costs.

Revisions & Satisfaction

Two rounds of revisions are included for most services. If you are not satisfied after the included revisions, we will discuss options to address remaining issues.

Delivery Issues

Please report any delivery problems within 7 days so we can resolve them promptly.
