Retention
Project files are stored for the duration of the project and a reasonable backup period (typically 12–24 months) unless you request deletion sooner or law requires longer retention.
Sharing
We may share data with trusted processors (e.g., cloud storage, accounting software) under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
International Transfers
If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
